I lost 1.4 lbs this week! I really was worried that I wasn't going to loose any thing. I didn't do any extra exercise like I was planning. I also didn't take into account that we were only going to be eating food that we have left in the house, defiantly made thing a little harder. Over all it really didn't feel like I was on a diet!
Brock has been super supportive and even complimented me on how thin my waist is starting to look. My original plan was to loose about 1.5 lbs a week. I went over calories every day by about 150. I really felt like I need the extra calories. I'm going to stick with 1350 calories a day instead of the original 1200. If I loose another 1.5 next week I'll know it's a good fit!
