Weekly Weigh In: Week 13

A great week in the weight loss. I lost 2.4 pounds this week! I'm back on track and feeling really happy about it. I have lowered my calorie intake down to what the loseit! app says will get me 2 pounds a week. I think its working. I also have stopped having my glass of wine at dinner. I also longer eat bread products. I feel like I have tons of energy and feel like bouncing off the walls, kinda crazy eating less is giving me more energy...

I'm not sure how I'm doing in the weight loss contest, but I think even if I don't will I'll be super happy.

Pre-baby weight: 125
Baby delivery weight: 183
Weekly weigh in start weight: 147
Current weight: 138.6
Goal weight: 127
Weight left to lose: 11.6 pounds
